I build operational systems that make large, complex programs run — reliably, at scale, and with measurable outcomes. Government institutions. Enterprise platforms. 10,000+ beneficiaries.
Across government institutions, NSDC-aligned organisations, and large digital platforms — the work always comes back to these three capabilities.
I design institutional frameworks that make complex, multi-stakeholder programs governable. SOPs, compliance structures, MIS systems, audit trails — built to survive leadership changes and scale across departments.
I identify manual processes that shouldn't exist and replace them with automated systems. A 15-minute institutional workflow reduced to 10 seconds. A 20-minute manual task eliminated entirely. Automation that actually gets used.
I own the full program arc — from scoping through delivery — across multi-tier stakeholder structures. Government officers, institutional leadership, internal teams. SLA management, escalation handling, change communication at scale.
6+ years. Three organisations. Programs ranging from 1,000 to 100,000+ beneficiaries.
Real problems. Production solutions. Every system below is live and serving 10,000+ institutional users at IIT Patna.
Institutional communication ran on a 10–15 minute manual process: find the course, look up email groups, open Outlook, compose, send. No audit trail. No reliability. I rebuilt it as a single-trigger automation — one message, instant execution, automatic logging.
Faculty spent 2–3 hours per week manually pulling grade data across multiple programs with no central view. Built a role-based reporting tool with multi-program visibility, cohort filters, and direct data access — accessible from a single interface.
End-of-semester transcript generation required navigating dozens of screens per student — 15–20 minutes per record. Deployed a custom records system with cohort, batch, and programme filters, output formatted to institutional standards, exportable directly.
Inherited a manual backup process — triggered by hand each semester, no verification, storage bloat accumulating with no cleanup. A failed restore before exams locked out faculty and students. Rebuilt as fully automated pipeline: scheduled, verified, alerted, self-managing.
Every semester: thousands of new participants needing accounts, enrolments, cohort assignments, and role configurations — under tight pre-semester deadlines. Designed a repeatable, automated onboarding process with pre-validation, dry-run staging, and bulk provisioning. Result: 100% Day-1 access, every semester.
10,000+ institutional users authenticating through separate systems — password resets, login failures, and support overhead consuming significant admin capacity. Configured OAuth2-based Single Sign-On across both Google Workspace and Microsoft, eliminating an entire category of support tickets.
